For the Action Group plans from Alternatives 2021, which have been the basis of NCMHR’s advocacy with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), click here. The goal of each Action Group is to develop recommendations to use for Federal and State advocacy. Each Action Group will report back to conference participants on Friday.
